They should not be allowed to list as Downtown Jackson âCozyâ it was not that at all. Place is run down, dirty, noisy (with refrigerator noises), very odd, and in disrepair. Information provided said street parking only 3 hours between certain day hours, information provided told us to park on another street during the day. Luckily, we didnât have to jockey the car around as owners allowed to park in their driveway as they said they were not going to be there for the 4 nights we stayed (we booked 4 but stayed 3). It was hard to get in door with codes given (had to try 5-6 times to get it to work each time),no hot water in bathroom sink, no wash cloths, no place to put clothing away (had to live out of our suitcases), no dresser, had to push bed away from the closet to get to closet to hang a very few things (there was limited room few hangers and shelving in closet was packed with towels, sheets and rugs, a plastic dresser was in closet but drawers had stuff in it); cabinet in bathroom under the sink had stuff in it (cleaning stuff, small plastic basin under pipe, maybe to catch drips? and junk), there was a bottle of vodka in the small freezer in the small refrigerator (refrigerator which made loud gurgles off and on and as it was next to the bed it kept you up)⊠in intro packet provided it said to take shoes off (not sure why as carpet was so dirty my white socks got black walking on the dirty carpet and there was a glob of what looked like gum ground into carpet (yet the
