*Our Elegant 6,000 sq ft vacation home with 4 acres of private land is located in scenic Jackson, NH within the grounds of Nestlenook Farm.

*The unique arrangement of this home makes it perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends. (Sleeps 12.)The floor plan provides the opportunity for private time as well as plenty of areas for gathering.

The screened in gazebo with views of Mt.Washington is a great place to relax in addition to a secluded patio and 2 private porches.

* There are five spacious bedrooms with king sized beds, including 2 master suites each with gas fireplaces, wet bars, large screen TVs, indoor seating areas, private porches and private bathrooms with jet tubs.

*The spacious main kitchen with granite topped island and upscale appliances is fully furnished and the perfect venue for small functions. Second fully furnished kitchen for additional flexibility makes this property ideal for entertaining.

*Total of 6 bathrooms, many with jet tubs.

*Large Game Room with pool table, pinball game, large screen TV w/surround sound, high top table seating area and new sofas in gas fireplace seating area and library with wide assortment of books for guests to enjoy.

* 5 large screen TVs , "whole house" music system

* 5 gas fireplaces for ambience. Radiant heat throughout.

* Screened Gazebo w/view of Mt. Washington has lights, fan and electrical access. Great dining option during warm months. Grills are set up right next to it.

* Walk out access to adjoining Nestlenook Farm grounds and cross country trails. Connection from the bottom of our driveway to the Jackson cross country ski trail system (Permit required for Jackson Cross Country Touring Company trail use.)

* Short drive to Wildcat, Black Mountain, Cranmore and Attitash ski areas. Minutes to White Mountain National Forest and Mount Washington. Convenient for visits to Storyland.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are booking for 3 or more nights, the housekeeping fee is an additional $300. If you are interested in a shorter stay, " inquire" before booking as it is not always available. The housekeeping fee for less than 3 night stays is $500.
