This is new hotel, still super clean, comfortable bed. Good location, safe, and close to food, gas, etc. Front desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. The rooms do have kitchenettes, but it is important to note that there is NOTHING provided for food prep or consumption in them...no dish soap, no dishrags, no paper towels, no utensils, no plates or bowls, no glasses and certainly no pots, pans or food prep stuff. That was kind of odd

No amenities..very barebones . The beds reminded me of sleeping on a cot at Scout camp! Not comfortable. And pet fee was double what I normally pay…$50 non refundable deposit plus an additional $10 per night. Registration required signing of numerous 3 page documents which I have never encountered at other facilities….just a bit annoying

Good location with good food and gas options. Higher rating for newer but we didn’t get tv or WiFi the night we stayed. Bath was nice but no vent option so it got steamy. Beds were just okay, I slept fine but the bed was not too soft and just two pillows with a wire mesh instead of a box spring. Just a mattress. No utensils or cooking pans. So just okay but not great.

While the hotel itself is new and has very good security, the beds are super hard. I found it more comfortable to sleep in the chair. That is the only reason I am giving a lower score.

The hotel is designed for long-term stay but allowed our overnight while passing through. It had a larger refrigerator and freezer combo not your typical small hotel sized fridge. Also had microwave and kitchenette. There are no utensils or plates. The floors are hardwood. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. They do not serve breakfast, but had hot coffee available. They allowed our two small dogs for a fee and we slept great.
