Condo was clean and comfy....enjoyed the easy close access to the beach as well as the sidewalks just outside the gate for daily walks. Air conditioner and televisions worked well. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice property. Just like the pictures. We had concerns about the spiral staircase but decided to book this unit anyway. The staircase was no problem at all and you could access the upstairs from outside which made getting luggage in and out easily. Perfect location. We could walk to restaurants easily. Perfect for two.

Very high standards and so happy with rental

This was my second trip to Mayo and my first time at this rental. It was awesome. Location, cleanliness, extra perks (beach chairs, cooler, body boards)… made the trip stress free for my husband and daughter while I was at appointments. Highly recommend and we will return to this rental onfuture stays.

Had surgery at Mayo Clinic spent day before on beach and had 10 minute drive to clinic rather than 2.5 hours. House was clean and beach was beautiful. Enjoyed designated parking spot

I arrived 4 hours earlier to our place. I messaged the host and asked if I could get in early. He messaged me right back and said the place was ready for me. That was huge.so appreciated. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The pool and beach is just steps away. I recommend this to anyone who needs a relaxed vacation!
