I don’t know her name, but the person who checked us in at the front desk and was at the front desk the time that we were there. She went out of her way to help us with our dogs. She went out of her way to help me with my husband. Super person she is a type of employee you are glad to have and wish you could always keep.

I've stayed at this facility several times and this was the weakest of my visits. The TV wouldnt turn on and the only solution I was offered was to switch rooms after we had already settled into our room and the only room offered was 1 king(rather than 2 queens) which was unacceptable for our party. Seems they either have no staff to service the TV or no back up TVs available.

No communication from hotel. I booked one bedroom suite and was issued a studio with no explaination. I had to book an extra hotel room because of limited space in studio room. Cost me extra money and time sorting this problem out.

The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch.

Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little sparse. My wife does not eat sausage. The bath tub was very slippery. My wife had to put a towel in the tub to shower.
