Private Jungle Palace with Designer Pool

Welcome to the Jungle Palace! A private retreat surrounded by wildlife and nature. A beautiful home withlarge arched windows that flood the common areas with natural light, a designer pool with built-in lounge chairs, multiple outdoor terraces (including a rooftop lookout) & both indoor and outdoor dining areas. 4 Bedrooms, cold AC & fast Wifi. Walk or take a quick ride to one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica, explore the nearby jungles or just sit back and relax with a cocktail by the pool.
Great location! The Jungle Palace is a 2 minute drive or 20 min walk to Playa Hermosa,10 minutes to Jaco Beach, forgreat restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.20 min to Los Sueños Marina,45 minutes to Bijagual waterfall, 1 hour to Manuel Antonio, 2 hours to majestic Nauyaca waterfalls & 90 minutes to the SJO Airport. This property is a convenient hubto access a variety of Costa Rica's fun activities andnatural treasures.
The casa boasts 15’ ceilings at their peak & 4 bedrooms. Two on the 1st floor, one with a full size bed & desk and another with bunk beds. The 2nd floor consists of a Master bedroom with a closet, a King size bed, 1 day bed/couch and direct access to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, & 2 day bed/couches. There is 1 bathroom on each floor, both with large walk-in showers. Fully equipped Kitchen, electric stove & bar seating. Walk out the back door to a large dining table under a roof covered porch with large arched openings and views of the pool, wildlife and greenery. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ for those grill masters!
Each bedroom has its own AC unit, plus 2 moreAC in the living room. Please turn off all electricwhen not in use.
The living room has a 55” 4K smartTV to log into any of your steaming services & another TV for the kids room! Wifi can be accessed in the living room/outside dining area, kitchen or designated work space & our extenders spread the wifi throughout most of the home and pool side. Working on vacation? Our Wifi speed is 200mbps!

Being in the jungle, the property requires plenty of landscaping. Depending on the length of your stay, it is possible that our landscaper could visit to clean the property and/or pool.
The Jungle Palace has a gated entrance, plenty of parking and ability to self-check in. You will have the entire home & pool to yourself. There is a casita near the entrance which may be either owner occupied or rented but the properties are separate & only share the entrance.
Our goal is to be as helpful and available as each group requires. We can offer a full service concierge experience and help set up local activities, tours, chef services, massage, transportation, while also giving as much privacy and space as possible, to give each group the experience they are looking for.
Beautiful Playa Hermosa is famous for world class surfing and its sloping black sand beaches right at the edge of the jungle covered mountainside. Abundant wildlife can be observed from multiple nearby hiking trails. This house has an excellent location because of its proximity to town, beach, and mountain. Also it offers a unique privacy with a jungle feel yet there is a new convenience store just steps away outside the front gate. Perfect mix of everything!
A car is recommended but taxis and other transport is also available. Road is fully paved to the house.
There are absolutely NO unregistered guests allowed. The Jungle Palace does not support sex tourism. Bringing any unregistered guests to the property will result in immediate eviction with no refund of your entire stay. All visitors must be requested during the booking process. No exceptions. There are security cameras in and outside of the home. During your stay inside hall/stairway cameras are proactively turned off, outside cameras may remain on to help protect these policies, the house, our belongings and yours.
~~~ Beach/towels ~~~ Towels are for the house & pool, please do not bring any towels to the beach. Swimming is not recommended at Playa Hermosa because of the currents.
~~~ Pool ~~~ We hope you love relaxing and cooling off at the pool, but please no glassware as accidents do happen.
~~~ NoSmoking ~~~ There is no smoking inside the house. Please use an ashtray when outside. There’s no excuse for littering. Throwing butts over the fence or leaving in the rocks is not ok and will result in a $200 fine.
~~~ Trash ~~~We do our best to recycle cans, plastic & glass bottles and hope you'll do the same. There is a blue trash can with blue trash bags for recycling & black trash can with black bags for trash. Please, when the trash is full or you are finished with your stay - leave trash bags on the side of the driveway between the gate & road. We have also provided a teal compost bin for egg shells, fruits and veggies, once full - it can be dumped over the far right corner of the pool patio.
~~~ Electricity ~~~We love the planet and hope you do too. Please turn off AC and lights during the day or when not in use. Please keep doors and windows closed when using the AC.
~~~ Accidents ~~~We fully understand that accidents happen, please let us know so we can fix or replace something if it breaks. We appreciate honesty.
~~~ Dogs ~~~ Sometimes one of the neighborhood dogs may run up for avisit, they’re friendly & fairly shy. Please do not feed them.
