Missed booking

I booked a non refundable room. When I arrived the hotel was full and I realised the wrong dates were on my booking. The staff were helpful in directing me to another hotel close by. The hotel itself is situated down an alley off the main road which I did not like. The reception area was very basic - did not get to look inside the rooms. Will not book with wotif again

small cockroach crawling out of wood cabinet and furnitures, dirty and smelly toilet, dirty towels. Good think the bed was clean enough to crawl into.

バス路線の駅から歩いて３分位で近いです 部屋はこの価格のしては広いです また室内はわりと清潔でした 泊まった部屋は調理器具はないですがミニキッチン付でした 周辺の同価格帯のホテルと比較しても良い方だと思います

The room is huge. There is flooding in the bathroom. The floor was little bit dirty. However, I enjoyed my stay. The location is very close to busway station.

Snabbt WIFI internet. centralt hotell nära busstop Harmoni. Bara några stationer till Monas. Stort rum men är ej varmt vatten i duschen men inte kallt heller utan halvt kallt kanske ca 20 c eller så då man duschar. Duger.

一分錢一分品質，住宿品質評價音人而異，房內有小黑蚊，淋浴室內排水孔過高，會積水，有臭位，房內牆壁有長條裂痕，最無法忍受的是到半夜還有隔壁棟建物在施工轟隆的躁音。巷口出來，右邊有家餐廳，櫃台老闆應是華人，服務慢、坐了15分鐘，老闆才叫服務人員送來(應該是忘了)，要收10%服務費。

ジャカルタ市内の専用バスレーンを走るTransJakartaのターミナル駅、Harmoni駅より徒歩1分の最高の立地。市内へのアクセスは抜群です。向かいにはカルフールがあり、何でも揃います。 近年新築された単身者向けアパートをホテルに転用したと見られ、流し台のついた大きなワンルームが特徴的です。 価格帯的にも、アパートの転用という所からもサービスには期待していませんでしたが、かなりレベルが低かったです。 まず、チェックイン時に予約した部屋が空いていないので、追加料金を払えと言われました。 （その場で料金を支払い、後でhotels.comのカスタマーサービスに相談し、返金手続きにて対応） 部屋にはタオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー等のアメニティは無く、フロントに聞いてもタオルしか渡せないとの事。まあ、低価格ホテルの歯ブラシやシャンプーは使わないのでいいのですが。 交通の便は非常に魅力的ではありますが、同じ価格帯なら他のチェーン系低価格ホテルに泊まるかなと思います。

A Little-Known Gem of A Hotel

The Best Inn Hotel in Block #1 on Jalan Hayam Wuruk (Jl. Hayam Wuruk) is a clean, secure, spacious, and well-managed five-floor building that is nestled among several office buildings, apartment buildings, and a local bank in a cul-de-sac approximately 50 meters from its gated entrance off Jl. Hayam Wuruk. A friendly, well-stocked supermarket is located at the gated exit to the cul-de-sac. Banks, coffe houses, restuarants, convenience stores, Carrefour Super market, and a huge ATM Center are only a 3 to 5-minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to Jalan Gajah Mada (Jl. Gajah Mada)—a one-way street that runs parallel to Jl. Hayam Wuruk. Two blocks away from Carrefour is the Gajah Mada Shopping Mall with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, international fast food outlets and the HyperMarket Supermarket on the basement level. Additional banks and eateries such as A&W and Dunkin Doughnut are within two blocks of the hotel on Jalan Hayam Wuruk. The hotel rooms are spacious. The superior room that I stayed in had a balcony, faced the street, and came equipped with an ample-sized wardrobe, kitchen sink and cabinets, a dual-purpose desk and dining table, an LCD televison mounted on a viewing island in front of the king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. Two small complimentary bottles of water are provided each day. A semi-enclosed patio off the lobby level facing the street is designated for smoking, and soft beverages are available for sale in the lobby area. The h

I had a quite long stay here and it was good .... Even though the staff had trouble following English but they were very cooperative and nice ..... The best part is the room real estate ,compared to what you get around that area at that price . The only complaint I had was no cable tv channels in English , only free to air ones . I will recommend it to anyone on a budget needing a good accommodation at an ok location
