For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 10 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Private: lawn for sunbathing, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop "cerca de calle Gagliari" 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 450 m, rocky beach "Benissero" 20 m. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Attention: Groups of teenagers are not accepted.

Vacaciones 2019

La ubicación no es mala pero la zona de baño en las rocas es escasa con respecto a otras zonas de Javea. El mobiliario de la casa es algo antiguo, necesita alguna mejora en general. Escaleras interiores incomodas. Acceso a la vivienda por escaleras. Mucho mosquito. Wiffi malísimo o nulo. Armarios sin cajoneras. Regular la temperatura en la ducha, imposible. Solo nos dieron un juego de llaves.

La casa está bien, pero hay cosas que pueden mejorar: como la limpieza, falta instalar aire acondicionado o ventiladores, en todas los dormitorios y en el salón; así como falta de aparcamiento, al ser muy estrecha la puerta del garaje.

Good location

Good things: The location was good as so close to the beach. The kitchen was modern though with plenty of equipment. 3 bathrooms so ideal for large families. The garage is only suitable for a small car but a huge space where people have left behind sunloungers, inflatables, beach equipment that can be used. Not so good: The house is quite dated and could do with updating and lighting makes the living area really dark. No air conditioning downstairs although Interhome kindly supplied a fan. No inflatables are allowed in the pool. The satellite TV is German so only one English news channel.

Lovely holiday with 3 year old granddaughter - the garden area made it easy to keep the little one entertained and safe with the pool area also have dressed area to play Beautiful see views and location within close distance to gorgeous beach
