Don’t book this hotel even if it’s free

Room key was not working. Room telephone was not working. I had to call the reception every time from my roaming number. The room didn’t even have body lotion. When I called reception they didn’t provide.

Front of house staff are really good, decent level of english and very helpful. Accommodating many requests to ensure a smooth stay. We were travelling with a baby and they were very understanding. Breakfast is a little high at 85 SAR pp, however many restaurant options within 10 minute walk of hotel. A very decent hotel. They should have maybe 1 hour allotted to ladies only.
