The master suite boasts a king bed with an attached full bathroom and a 43-inch wall-mounted Smart TV. Guest room one has a queen bed with a private attached full bath. Guest room two also has a queen bed with a semi-private full bath. Both have 40-inch wall-mounted Smart TVs.

2000 steps from the Beachside, the marina, and dining are just adjacent. Easy access to parking and an elevator right to your front door. Spend the day boating, biking, golfing, or just sitting on the beach, then return to your luxurious home away from home. For those who prefer lounging by the pool, The Moorings has a saltwater pool! At the pool, you'll find a cabana with a refrigerator, icemaker, running water, and restrooms. There are also 4 charcoal grills located around the pool deck.
The large kitchen opens up the dining room with a table for 6, and barstools for 4, making it a perfect setting to have a family meal or entertain with friends. Lounge and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV, or sit out on the screened-in porch and take in the wildlife scenery. E-bikes and kayaks are also available.
Guests have access to the entire dwelling. Take advantage of the common areas by the saltwater pool and clubhouse area. Parking is available in the building.
