2 bathrooms, a terrace, a plasma TV, Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and a dryer.

Facilities include: parking free of charge in the building, gym and 24-hour security guard

Central new apartment in a luxury complex Kook project. Full living room with open equipped kitchen. Sofa, Plasma TV Full HD 50 inches and all amenities.

Dining room opening for 9 people.

Master suite has a double bed (Queen), dressing room, Plasma TV Full HD 50 inches and a bathroom with a bath and a toilet,



Second bedroom : bunk bed and another pull out bed. Total of 4 people can stay in this room.



A large terrace is available with outdoor furnitures. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board

AC and heater available in the place.



The building is secured with a porter service 24 hours a day.

Linen and towels, soap and shampoo are provided.



Guest Access:

The apartment is fully accessible by you only for the entire stay. Parking is available for you



The Neighborhood:

The location, so central and the modernity and chic of the flat makes it very unique. A parking, almost impossible to get in the area of the city, is at your disposable for your entire stay.



Getting Around:

Several meters from the tram station "Jaffa center"

And if you rent a car the appartment have a underground parking, with an elevator that will take you directly to the door of your apartment
