Summary:

A quiet two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Jerusalem in the luxurious 'Savyon View' residence tower. The building offers stunning panoramic views of Jerusalem, including an incredible garden on the tenth floor overlooking the Old City.



The apartment features a balcony, 24-hour security, a lobby, plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.



The apartment is located on the Third floor, and features a standard safe room (mamad).



Location: A 10-minute walk from the Mamilla complex and the Old City, a 5-minute walk from the famous Mahane Yehuda market, and 2 minutes from the light rail and a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.



Local Tax Information: In accordance with Israeli law, Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT on top of the price displayed on the website. Tourists (holding a B2 entry visa) are exempt from this payment upon presenting their visa permit from the airport.



For our Sabbath-observing guests: Check-out after Shabbat (on Saturday night) is possible for an additional fee of 300 ILS.



The Space:

The living room is filled with natural light thanks to the high, spacious windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and is designed as an open space that flows into the living room. The bedrooms are very spacious and offer an incredibly comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the central and vibrant location, the apartment is very quiet, and you can close the modern electric blinds to create a dark and cozy atmosphere for sleeping.



There are two full bathrooms in the apartment, which include toilets and a shower/bathtub for your convenience. You will also have a washing machine inside the apartment.



For your enjoyment, the apartment is equipped with a TV and fast WiFi throughout. We provide our guests with fresh linens and towels.

spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the

city that you are welcome to use.
