The owners’ passion to preserve and celebrate Indonesia’s rich heritage is showcased through a series of restored Javanese structures and an extraordinary collection of antique furniture and ornately-carved decorative features. The Balinese theme is maintained throughout with a classic palette of natural stone, recycled timbers and graceful verandas crafted into a cohesive whole.

Its well-appointed amenities include a stunning 15m private pool and a waterfall feature, and an open-sided Wantilan-style pavilion with a kitchen, bar and lounge area under a soaring thatched roof and an al fresco dining area. Villa Kapungkur occupies two floors and includes five pavilions.
- Ground Floor: Garden, spa area, fish pond, indoor living area, main kitchen five bedrooms (including the master bedroom), a yoga bale, an outdoor dining area, and a swimming pool.
- Second Floor: Main dining area and an open living area.

CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING:
- This property is designed to comfortably sleep 10 persons.
- Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night. Three (3) additional beds can be arranged for this property.

LIVING AREAS:
- The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen.
- There’s also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT:
- High-speed WiFi throughout and Smart TV featuring Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, local and international channels, JBL bluetooth speakers, books and board games.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, blender, freezer, ice maker, toaster, electric stove (on request), kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, pantry basics (oil, salt, pepper), pots & pans, coffee, tea pot, wine glasses.

- The villa has main indoor dining area features an alfresco setup with a rectangular dining table that can seat 10 guests. The outdoor dining area accommodates 5 guests, and the kitchen counter offers seating for 8.

- A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

WELLNESS:
- Yoga mats are available, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga.
- Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.
- There is a spa area with massage beds for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027 and 26 Mar 2028.
