Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Great location Carpet not vacuumed and really old kitchen floor not clean front of kitchen island had stain marks that had not been wiped off Would have been good to have a better vacuum cleaner to really clean it up There are no lamps or bedside tables in the bedroom - which is pretty annoying . Parking is not great and if you pay behind the building you sadly walk down an airless corridor that has you passing some units where people must be smoking as it really smelt of smoke. Its sad because the location was great. The apartment could really have been so much nicer if some effort had been made to up date its warn and shabby furniture - sofa looked very grotty.
