This house is great! It has everything we needed. Plenty of space, 2 outdoor terraces, a washer and dryer, a hammock, even a couple boards games, puzzle, and a couple balls. There are fans in the bedrooms. During our visit it was mid to upper 70s during the day and got down to low 50s at night. The house stayed cool during the day with good airflow with the windows even without AC. At night with things shut it stayed warm enough, there was a little space heater in the loving room but we did not need it. There is a secure garage type covered parking area. The house is clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only negative thing I have to say is the water pressure is very low, but that is apparently a common problem in Guatemala. The host responds quickly. The neighborhood is safe and has a guarded entry. Places to eat, shop, a grocery store, and park/plaza area are all within 10 minutes walk. Our family enjoyed the house and area so much we extended our stay and booked this house again!
