This house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a beautiful air-conditionned living room with a lounge-dining room, an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 2000 m² garden with a large terrace to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
Parking for vehicles.

The single-storey accommodation of 90 m² is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A bright air-conditionned living room with a lounge area equipped with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table for six guests and direct access to the garden through a bay window.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with: a table with 2 seats, a fridge, an oven, cooking rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, crockery and cutlery.

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- 2000 m² of unfenced land with trees.
- A 10 x 5 terrace with a large table for 10 people, garden chairs and barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!

A washing machine is available for stays of one week or more.
