Excellent apartment on Lanikai

This was our second visit to Kailua. We were looking for an apartment near Lanikai beach. This apartment met all our expectations. Location, size, equipment, access, distance to the beach. We have never had such a view of the sea and the surroundings. We definitely recommend it. We ourselves would return and spend more time in the future.

Beautiful home

*Photos don't do it justice *Stunning views especially sunrise *Fantastic air flow with all the windows; no AC but it was totally comfortable *Kitchen, living room and den are extremely tasteful and well-appointed. Wolf and Viking appliances. Furnishings are great. Linens, too. *Owners met us on arrival and were very friendly. However, two items that would have been helpful to have had in the description: *Nothing in the description mentioned it was 30 steps to get to the unit. As someone who walks with a cane I found this difficult and frustrating. *This is on the 2nd of 3 floors. If there are renters on the floors above or beneath you, you hear literally everything they do (think the "when harry met sally" scene, kids' meltdowns etc. ). We weren't aware the floors above and below were also rentals - thats ok - but would have been helpful ahead of time to know, so we could've had more accurate expectations. *Last, showers had very little hot water. When there was hot water it would only last a short time.
