Disappointed to say the least.It felt very dated and needed an upgrade.There was effectively no surfing at Surf and Racquet Club (hence the reason we chose here).There is zero visitor parking in front of the condo.The floor plan was nothing short of challenging.Be prepared for cramped corridors and a lot of 90* turns.As soon as you walk in the front door you're looking straight into the bathroom and since there's no A/C in the bathroom you would leave the door open otherwise you'd get to experience a wet sauna.The light fixtures in both bathrooms were covered in rust, the particleboard vanity was beat up and falling apart, the hollow core doors had the veneer torn off. There were several vacuum cleaners and garden hoses in the closets?? I had no headboard so my pillow fell off the end of the bed nightly. The end tables are too short to use, forget trying to read.There were no bars, restaurants or groceries in walking distance; all of these were approx. 3/4 mile away through two stop lights at a busy intersection and up a very very steep hill. "Everything" closes at 9pm. There was really no beach to speak of as it was mostly lava rock that was very slippery when wet.The ocean view that I thought I had purchased was almost nonexistent.There was no balcony.There were effectively no communal areas other than the pool; which did not have a view.If you are coming here thinking you might meet someone, well think again.With no hot tub, bar, restaurant and no beach; well good luck!
