The Space:

There’s a community pool, surrounded by swaying trees and verdant foliage. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, and lounge on day beds. Make most of the well-stocked fitness center.



The home is surrounded by sprawling manicured lawns, with a sizzling BBQ and a 6-seater al-fresco table on your private tiled lanai.



The living room is bright and airy, with large windows allowing plenty of natural light. Wooden fixtures and tasteful interiors add to the charm and a comfy seating area surrounds the smart TV.



Whip up your favorite recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Kitted with modern cabinetry and granite countertops, it has stainless-steel appliances, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy an evening of cocktails on the 3 bar stools and dig into cozy family meals at the 6-seater dining table.



The house accommodates 6 guests in 3 rooms — all tastefully designed and furnished with linens. Each bathroom is stocked with Simple Human dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap.



Bedroom #1 is the master, with a California king-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. It also features a lanai with stunning views and a 2-seater coffee table.



Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 comes with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is located on the ground floor, no stairs required.



The Livingroom comes with a Full-size sofa sleeper, which can accommodate one more guest.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-A washer/dryer is included.



-A Pack N’ Play, high chair, baby walker, baby backpack, and baby gate are available for guest use.



-Parking is available.



-We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!



-While the house is suited for guests of all ages, the staircase inside may not be suitable for the elderly or small children.



-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.



The home is blessed with an enviable location, close to Keauhou Shopping Center. Enjoy world class golfing, majestic beaches, fascinating galleries, and unforgettable shopping and dining experiences.



Learn about local culture and ancient traditions at the Heritage Center, snorkel in Kahalu’u Beach Park, and behold sea turtles at the Kaloko-Honokōhau National Historical Park.
