This house was perfect for our last-minute couples retreat! The view on the patio was incredible. It was so relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, watching the sunrise and then having dinner and drinks at sunset. The house was a perfect respite to complement our fun filled days of whale watching, lava tube exploring and hiking/snorkeling adventures. The location is close to many main activities and attractions. The host was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We would love to come back again!

Amazing property!! Pool, hot tub and views just stupendous! Super well stocked kitchen - much better stocked than most places I’ve stayed at - they thought of everything! Game room in garage a great bonus, super quiet neighborhood, front gate/security were so very friendly and helpful.. the only minor thing to complain about was the TV internet connection in main room was a bit spotty but we were still able to watch movies ok (personally I don’t care about TV, but nephew does). As a part-time student, I actually took remote classes 3 days of the week while there (used a different area from main room) and had zero issues w internet speed or connection. There’s a work nook in one of the bedrooms that worked fine - I also work remotely and would’ve been comfortable taking on a few hours of work w the space and internet speed in that nook. Would DEFINITELY stay here again - absolutely LOVED IT!!! (Nephew almost cried the last day cuz he didn’t want to leave!!)

Wonderful

The property and location were great. The house was beautiful and our group of 6 was very happy with the layout of the house, the cleanliness and all the amenities. Given how spacious the house was, you could be part of the group or have some downtime if you just wanted to decompress. We highly recommend and would stay here again without question!

Great family home

Beautiful comfortable home. We appreciated the water & coffee upon arrival. Directions for the home were clear. Beds were comfortable. Security was great. The home was clean with two minor exceptions, some dead bugs in a couple of rooms & some of the towels had a sour smell. The pool, hot tub & game room were so fun we could have spent the entire vacation without leaving this home.

We already miss the sunset views!

Ohana Le'ale'a provided a fun, comfortable and memorable vacay for our family. Its convenient yet quiet location was a good jump off point for beaches, snorkeling, exploring and dining out. Was surprised at the enthusiasm of the grands for the game room. A few more coffee mugs would be nice, but for that view and that home it’s a minor detail. Mahalo for making us feel at home on Hawaii Island!

Beautiful setting

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the management company both before and during our stay was excellent. The directions provided for check in were easy to follow. The house is located in a gated community. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was easy. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and equipment you’ll need for cooking. There is plenty of space. The lanai is a great place to hang out. We would highly recommend this house.

Big Island 2024

My family and I were there to celebrate my 60th and our retirement, and had the best trip of our lives in Feb 2024. A big part of that was the property we rented for our stay. We have booked vacation rentals for our trips to Florida and Hawaii multiple times. We have used VRBO for most of these bookings and have always been pleased with our choices, but this one was easily the best. It is huge and has everything we wanted (pool, hot tub and a game room) and more! Mahalo, Elite Pacific for making our trip extra special.

Beautiful Home in Kona - Stayed for Ironman

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Kona. While we thought the home had 3 bedrooms, it actually had 4. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The lanai was perfect with a pool and ocean view. Being able to open the door wall to bring the outside in was ideal. Even if you were inside in the great room, you felt part of the outside. We stayed for the Ironman race, and it was pretty easy to get to/from town (15-20 minutes). There was a shuttle at the nearby shopping center that athletes and spectators could take to town to avoid parking. We felt close to the action, but far enough away to also enjoy some peace and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with needed equipment for making our own meals. There was nothing lacking. We would certainly stay again should the opportunity allow.

Lovely Family Vacation

We spend a wonderful two weeks with our family at this property. The location is very nice and private. The property was clean and well stocked for any type of cooking that you would like to do. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub, where you had the ability to control the temperature (which we loved!). The house is decorated very tastefully and there was plenty of room for us and our three daughters to have room to play together or have some privacy to ourselves. There were lots of games and pool toys, etc. at the house so we did not even really need all the other extra toys we brought. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Fabulous Stay

Our two families (kids 16, 15, 13, 13, 9) had a fabulous time at this house. The house was well stocked with everything we could need: extra towels for pool and to bring to beach, extra snorkels, water shoes, plenty of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The game room was a huge hit and we enjoyed spending time out there after a fun day exploring the island. The house location was also great - just about a 10 minute drive into Kona and about 30 minutes down to Captain Cook. There are actually 4 bedrooms, the one not listed is right off the kitchen with a double bed, shelves with baskets for clothes storage, and a TV. Perfect for kids sharing or maybe a single adult. Adults should get the large master bedrooms :) Pool was loads of fun and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening while drinking some cocktails and watching the sunset.

Relaxing stay

We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Having such a large kitchen was wonderful for cooking for a large group. Only one little complaints from family the shower heads in the bathrooms were terrible.!!! BUT WE WOULD STAY AGAIN. THE SUNSETS WERE AWSOME.

Needs Some Repairs

This is a very well appointed and lovely house. In terms of on-site amenities and beautiful views, you could not ask for more. Our two week stay was marred however by persistent problems with the AC. According to the technician who came towards the end of our first week, one of the compressor units has a leak of refrigerant. He recharged it, which he had done before our arrival. This provided decent cooling for about 4 days, after which the bedrooms became uncomfortably stuffy. Of course, we opened the windows and used the ceiling fans at night, but not everyone in our family group was happy with this. It certainly was not a luxury experience. At this point, advertising that this house has AC is a bit misleading. The management needs to get the problem repaired properly and until that is done renters should be told that the AC may not be working adequately in the bedrooms. Even better, like most businesses that don't fully deliver a service that has been paid for, they ought to compensate customers, instead of sending them emails expressing regrets.

Family reunion

Beautiful property with everything you need supply for you. Fantastic game room that if you have young adults in your party will enjoy it. All in all we had a great time and the views from the house were beautiful. We would rent this property again.

Fantastic place for large family/ views

We were a group of two families of four with teenaged kids. This property exceeded our expectations. While the listing says that it's a 3 bedroom place, there is actually a den (not a bedroom because no closet) with a bed in it. The kitchen and living area is very spacious, and the game room was a huge hit. Kitchen is well equipped for gourmet meals in. But the best part of this property is the lanai - breakfast with a gorgeous view of the ocean, dinners with sunsets, and hanging out in the pool or hot tub. Proximity to the Keauhou shopping center and the highway made it easy to get around and get supplies.

Fabulous!!!!

We will definitely be back! House was adorable very clean and set up well for two families. My children loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. Everything was high and well-maintained. It truly is a relaxing place. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool had sun exposure, but also coverage for those wanting shade. We will be back!

Very nice home in great neighborhood.

This home was very nice with plenty of room for our large party. The pool turned out to be a lap pool but the kids still had a great time. The home has nice furniture, a well stocked kitchen, and really nice appliances. We would stay there again if given the chance.

Beautiful house, perfect vacation spot

I recently stayed in the house with a group of friends travelling for a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for our group - spacious and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with every dish and appliance you might need and every fixture in the house seems well designed. The view from the lanai exceeded our expectations, and we spent many hours out there soaking it up. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fairly priced

Beautiful home that worked well for us. The views and sunsets were outstanding and we fully enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We also used the snorkel gear that was in the garage and we had a little fun with the ping pong table. Nice and quiet neighborhood that's in a gated, well maintained, community. We could have used more room for trash outside as the can was full when we arrived. Overall we're happy and the house is clearly newer and contained everything we needed. Would recommend for sure.

Gated Single Story Luxury Home

The home is stunning! It felt like walking into a model home with all the upgrades. A feature of the home that we loved is each room has its own temperature control thermostat. The master bedroom is large with two separate walk-in closets and two separate vanities and a deep tub. The kitchen has high end appliances which made it wonderful to cook in. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool, table tennis/ping pong and pool table! The home was equipped with water sport gear like snorkel and body boards and coolers. The view is gorgeous! Overall, the stay was comfortable and the home is beautiful. Things that could be improved: 1. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer when we arrived 2. A toilet was filthy dirty and I notified the Property Manager about it and he did not offer to have it cleaned so my daughters felt unclean using it. So that was a daily complaint I had to deal with my girls. 3. The pool needed to be cleaned before we swam in it and we could not find a pool net. Again, I contacted the Property Manager in the morning and he did not respond until the next day. 4. The hot water during showers fluctuated. The water ran cold to very hot then back to cold. We could not get the water to run warm. We would recommend this home.
