This cosy holiday apartment on the island of Ugljan is located just about 60 metres from the sea and offers space for up to four people on 40 m². The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and 3-seater sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV and a DVD player provide additional comfort. Pets are allowed, a maximum of three per apartment.



The 10 m² covered terrace offers sea view, a table with chairs, awning and direct access to the garden. The holiday home has a shared garden and courtyard area, barbecue facilities, sun terrace, outdoor shower and sun loungers. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The environment is ideal for families, couples, and groups who want to combine beach holidays, water sports, and relaxation. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and the town centre of Kali are just a few minutes' walk away, with the ferry to Zadar located 3.5 km away. Nearby leisure activities include swimming, sailing, windsurfing, diving, jet skiing, water skiing, bicycle tours, wine tasting, and olive harvesting.



Additional costs are incurred for pets. All other costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, internet, final cleaning, bedding, towels and the use of air conditioning are included in the price.
