Step into island living with Abita Luxury Rentals at this nearly 3,000 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in Nohea at Mauna Lani, built in 2021. Designed with comfort and sophistication, this private retreat offers a pool, spa, and lush tropical surroundings. Perfect for couples, families, or friends, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting just minutes from beaches, golf, and fine dining.

About the Space:

- 3 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms: The home features two guest suites (queen sized beds) positioned at opposite corners, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite (king sized bed) is especially well-appointed, offering dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. One of the guest suites is located in the courtyard ohana, providing extra privacy and tranquility. For added convenience, there is also a half bath just off the main living area.

- Versatile Flex Room: A multipurpose room with a retractable Murphy bed provides an optional fourth sleeping space. Use it as a media lounge or office by day and an additional bedroom by night.

- Outdoor Living: Relax in the freeform pool, soak in the waterfall spa, or dine outdoors surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa heats on demand.

- Elegant Interiors: High end furnishings and custom ceiling details create a cohesive, upscale style. Large sliding glass doors connect indoor living seamlessly with the lanai and backyard oasis.

- Chef’s Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and premium cabinetry. With indoor and outdoor dining tables seating eight, the villa is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or local flavors together.

Additional Amenities

- Nohea Amenity Center: Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

- The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.

- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so evenings and weekends remain quiet. All very nice. Slight construction noise due to new houses next door being built. Outdoor shower did not have hot water after running for 5 minutes and could use some additional privacy. Lovely, spacious home with every amenity

We were so very comfortable in this large, elegant home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The enormous kitchen had every appliance, tool, and dish you could need plus a generous supply of condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable and luxurious, with lots of privacy for each room. The location was perfect - walk to fitness center, Foodland, shops and restaurants. The beach club (short drive) is perfect, with snorkeling and a sweet restaurant. Loved the easy biking and having our own pool and hot tub. Construction noise didn’t bother us but is a factor if you need silence - the neighborhood is still under construction. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you, Lissette and team for a seamless stay in Puako!!

Everything about the property was fantastic. The property and house are exquisitely maintained and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. The bikes were like new and we really enjoyed biking to the shops and dinner. The snorkeling gear and beach items were everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Mauna Lani Family trip

House met our needs perfectly. 3 adults, 3 kids ages 4-12. Plenty of space, great backyard with pool/spa. The house was FULLY stocked with everything we needed and more, including things like trash bags, Tupperware, cooking essentials, spices, etc., that many places neglect to provide. It was clear a lot of thought & effort were put into setting the house up and there is nothing we needed/wanted that wasn’t there. The toiletries were of very good quality and there were plenty of towels. We could’ve used a couple of blankets, esp for kids, but the linens and pillows were good quality and beds were comfortable. Appreciated the variety of pool toys, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, bikes, coolers, etc., which made it easy to have a fun day at the beach w/kids. Location is great with access to Auberge & Fairmont. Private beach club access was also nice amenity. Price was very good for the quality of the property. Management was responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend this place and would stay again. Mahalo!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home

We absolutely loved Sandra’s home and hope to be return residents. Sandra and her local property manager Lissette we’re gracious hosts and wonderful communicators and they checked and confirmed the home would have everything we needed since we were traveling with a toddler. When we arrived we saw that the home indeed had everything we needed and more. The home was much better stocked than most vacation homes we’ve stayed in, which made for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay at this gorgeous and new property. Photos can’t do justice to the detail and quality of the home.

The house is exactly what we had hoped - Well laid out for our group of married/older children. Having the pool and hot tub on property is great, and the huge great room in the center of the house was a fun place to gather at night. Bedrooms off at each end provided privacy and the bonus 4th room with Murphy Bed was needed for our size group. Easy access to fitness center, and community pool was a short drive. Would highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving in Mauna Lani

The house was perfect for accommodating a family of 4 generations ranging in age from 9 to 96! Spacious house, well appointed, luxurious furnishing. The house was very comfortable for hanging out and for family meals. A nice bonus was several new bikes of different sizes which allowed us to discover the area, and the beach equipment for full enjoyment at the nearby beaches. Our time spent in this property was perfect and Lissette was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend 2 minor additions to enhance guest’s experience including a sound system and some outdoor lightning to be able to eat outside after dark.

Incredible House in Mauna Lani

The house is simply impeccable with high end finishings and everything you can possibly need from bicycles, beach equipment, and every kitchen item. The host is extremely responsive and understanding. This home is less than two years old and is simply impeccable. You cannot find a better home and host in Mauna Lani for the value that you get with this house. I am not one to stay in vacation rentals often because they are hit or miss but everything about this house and location and host and amenities is perfect.

Amazing Property!

This house is top notch and by far one of the cleanest and most gorgeous places on the island. Fully equipped with everything you could ask for and very clean and comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous and we spent nearly every day by the pool. The pool was a bit cold the first few days but warmed up by the middle of our trip, and the hot tub made up for it. The three rooms were a perfect set-up and everyone was happy with the arrangements. The master bed was a little hard, but I believe there was a mattress topper you could add. There are only a few houses in the development, but it felt safe and it was close to all amenities, including beaches. Highly recommend this house, and the host and property management were great to work with! Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautiful property. Extremely clean with top of the line amenities. Property manager was fantastic. Highly recommend!
