Our cabins are self-contained. We do not have staff onsite 24 hrs a day.
You can contact me via phone or email 8am - 5pm. I am unreachable from 5pm onwards.

If you need a staff member to help with anything they will be available 9am-3pm.

Being that our cabins are on gas hot water you may be required to swap over a bottle if it runs out during your stay or fix an issue on your own.

These instructions are in the manual.
The best thing is you get to enjoy the beautiful privacy and tranquility that is hard to find these days, and this is exactly why we are so popular with guests.

*Please also note this is a country escape in the Australian bush. There is amazing wildlife to spot. Whilst we do make every effort to keep insects and animals at bay (pest control regularly) you may still see them during your stay. We do not give refunds to guests who don't appreciate this. It is the Australian bush and guests must understand it goes hand in hand with this experience.
