This 3rd floor Penthouse Garden 1 Bedroom condo in building J with an elevator, is located steps to the sandy oceanfront beach and swimming pool featureing a spacious bedroom with a King bed in the master bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pull out sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 4 guests. Relax on the tropical garden view lanai and enjoy the beautiful Kauai sunrise!

Amenities at the resort abound in beautifully maintained landscaped tropical flora, a large swimming pool with hot tub, barbecue, sauna, tennis courts ,putting greens, exercise room, activities desk, and a sundries shop.

We stayed for 3 nights with our infant daughter. The room was clean, had AC in the family and bedroom, and was supplied with beach gear. We enjoyed the walk ability to the shore and shops. Check to make sure the pool and hot tub are open, if that’s important to you!

First time to Kauai

Overall we had great trip! The location was great for all the exploring we did around the island. The resort is on a very busy and noisy street, but other than that it was very nice and the condo was well stocked.

Wonderful stay in Kapa’a

My partner and I stayed for about a week at this lovely resort and enjoyed every second of it. The balcony looks out over the resort with slight visibility of the ocean. The condo was clean and and fully stocked with kitchen needs as well as beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. Would definitely come back!
