Dramatically located overlooking Bay of Kalkan, the five-bedroom Kotti Evi is a contemporary and wonderfully elegant house with classic interiors dotted with splashes of contemporary art and a five-ten minute stroll from Kalkan harbour. It is the ideal position to nip out for coffee, or shopping. A real favourite of our guests.
The large, cool interiors are interspersed with modern art. The open plan kitchen and living area is vast, with floor to ceiling windows opening to uninterrupted vistas across Kalkan Bay which is perfect for al fresco dining. The pool terrace is surrounded by rattan furnishings, loungers and parasols peppered with colourful flowers.
Each of the two master bedrooms covers the entire facing of separate floors of the house with an open-plan Jacuzzi bath looking out to sea, and both have a partially screened wet room and a huge balcony which extends the entire width of the house. Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 11.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
