お風呂も熱すぎず、朝食も程よい品揃え。駐車場も十分で、館内も静かでした。 直前予約だったこともあり禁煙部屋の空きがありませんでしたが、三部屋中二部屋はそんなにくさくありませんでした。

安定のサービスと快適性。

年一ペースで利用させて頂いてます。 共同風呂も快適で、朝食もおいしく、食堂のレイアウトは利用した中で一番良いと思います。 ただ、今回ご用意頂いた部屋は壁に目視出来る穴が開いており、ユニットバスの壁がガタガタと音が鳴る等、改善の余地がありそうです。 海外からの宿泊客も増えていますでしょうし、仕方ないかもしれません。 この近辺で、どこに泊まろうか？となれば、こちらを選択するでしょう。

フロントの方の対応は凄く良かったです。部屋の設備がちょっと古く、ベッドのきしむ音が気になりました。水回りでは蛇口をきつく閉めないと水が出たままになったので修理したほうが良いと思います。

ホテルは古く感じますが、無料の朝食も付いており新潟だったので朝食のお米がとても美味しかったです。 チェックイン時にエコ清掃を選択すると、自販機のジュース又はアルコールの無料サービスもあり良いと思います。

予約時、禁煙希望したけど喫煙部屋しか空きがなかったが、チェックイン時に相談した所、禁煙部屋の空きがあり快く替えていただけました。 従業員の対応も素晴らしく、部屋も広く、とても快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。
