This 5-bedroom, 5-bath private home, located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood, offers 4500 sqft of living space and accommodates up to 8 people. This home is 3 stories with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing, and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts.

As you enter the home, there is a large foyer, and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood-burning fireplace and access to a patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 4 barstools at the countertop for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests. The family room beyond the kitchen has great views of the landscaping around the home and Heidelberg Hill. There is a wood-burning fireplace and a 70-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The home has basic cable. Off the living area is a patio with a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a gas grill.

On the same level as the kitchen, there are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and combo tub/shower. Upstairs is the primary bedroom, which is large and spacious with a fireplace, a 55-inch flat screen with Apple TV. The master bath has a dual sink vanity, a raised bathtub, and a large walk-in shower. There is a large window behind the tub for great natural light.

On the lower part of the home are 2 more bedrooms. The first one has a King bed, a 36-inch flat screen Smart TV, and a sitting area. This bedroom has access to a full-size hallway bath with dual sink vanity and a combo tub/shower. The other bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area, and a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and a shower only. There is a sauna, a large laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and a TV room with a 70-inch flat-screen Smart TV.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
