This ground-level, corner condominium provides plenty of sleeping space and is close to the Warm Springs lifts. Please note that this home does not allow any pets. This is a non-smoking home.

The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck. The master bath has two sink areas and a tub/shower combo and heated floors. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite full-size bathroom with heated floors. The third bedroom has a King-size bed and an en suite full-size bathroom, and heated floors. The dining table seats five, and the breakfast bar has seats for two. The fully stocked kitchen also has heated floors. There is a nice deck accessed by either the living room or the master bedroom, and views of the Warm Springs runs. The condo has a stack washer/dryer.

Complex Features: The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive and are within walking distance to Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain. The complex is close to aprĂšs ski activities. Downtown Ketchum is about two miles away and can be reached via the free shuttle bus service. The shuttle will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. Sawtooth also features a common-area hot tub as well as a sauna in the complex, and ski storage for all of your equipment.

PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE CAR ONLY.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Appliances were not in good condition. Fridge leaked on our food and the stove top did not consistently work even after maintenance came out to fix it. But we enjoyed the fireplace and heated floors.

The property manger never responded to my question about parking. Screens and windows were difficult to operate. Overall was very pleased with the location. I would stay here again.

The location and size of the condo was perfect. We liked everything about it except for the beds. They weren't that comfortable. So didn't sleep that well. The beds are just a little old. The hot tub was gross!!! We called the property manager the first day we showed up about it and had to call the next day cause it still was not cleaned. It did finally get cleaned so we could use it on our last day.

Good value and location

The condo is reasonable condition and is very functional. 3 BR, 3 BA with 4 bath vanities and sinks makes it very nice and private for 2 or 3 couples. Kitchen is very small but functional. Dining table too small for 6 people however. A very good value for the money. We would rent it again.

Powder Summit 2020

We are a group of hoteliers who have been skiing together for 10 years and staying at ski hotels in Park City and Vail. We decided to ski Sun Valley and chose to rent units instead of hotel rooms. Being colleagues and friends we valued that each room had a private bathroom and a king bed. The unit works great for location and privacy. We will rent this unit again.
