Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.
Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach.
Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot.
The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square.

Just perfect!

This little condo was perfect for us, and even better than expected! The grounds and pool were very clean. The location is well-situated in a very walkable neighborhood, and the sea views were even better than the photos. The condo itself is adorably decorated and feels clean and fresh. Only thing we would have liked is an iron. Otherwise, they have a cooler and beach chairs, which were very much appreciated for our day at Bahia Honda Stare Park. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and view

We are so glad that we chose this wonderful condo. Very well stocked and comfortable. When we weren't on the beach or in the amazing salt water pool, we relaxed on the balcony to enjoy the view. The Keys water is gorgeous. April 1 was our 35th anniversary so this was a special trip. We hated to leave despite the windy weather and are planning to return.

Great stay for a small family

Overall the place was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. This is a great place to stay for a small, private beach, a nice pool, and a great location to explore the Keys. The place was a few steps away from the private beach, which was very convenient; however, beware that much of the Keys seem to get covered in seaweed during the summer, based on our experience and talking with others familiar with the Keys. So if you are looking to spend the day swimming in the ocean, the seaweed makes it difficult. We felt that the bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better since there was still some dirt in the tub and doors. Also, extra blankets/sheets were tossed in a ball, unorganized in the closet.

Absolutely beautiful place in a great location

Perfect property for the 3 of us on our tour of the keys. Perfect location for what we wanted to visit in the area and when the weather improves and the beach cleared of the seaweed that has washed ashore it was even better. A shame we were only there for 3 nights. Would have happily stayed longer! Appreciated the games left in the house for the rainy hours we had :-) Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We’re coming back!

We loved Marathon Key and our condo at Key Colony Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless and comfortable. The beach was very nice. It’s very easy to get to points of interest and restaurants in the area. We made the hour drive to Key West and spent a day exploring there as well.
