About our property, our three level townhome! This spacious and comfortable vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones.
On the first floor, you`ll find a cozy living room with a queen sofa sleeper, perfect for lounging and watching TV after a day filled with activities. There is also a full bathroom for your convenience, and a small bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.

The second floor is the main living area, complete with another comfortable sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals or gathering around the dining table for a meal with family and friends. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.

The third floor is where you`ll find the two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer plenty of natural light for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a full bathroom on this floor, making it easy for everyone to get ready.

Beautiful home in a great location

My family loved our stay in Key Largo at the Kawama Villa K1. It was very clean and so comfortable. We loved the location - steps from the ocean and just minutes from great food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key Largo!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as pictured, clean, comfortable and cute. We loved fishing off the jetty and the sunsets were amazing! We would book again and hope to visit soon!

Definitely a place to visit and come back too, I liked everything about this property and enjoyed its location the most, close to the pool and lagoon entrance. Beautiful property

We stayed for one week and the place was awesome! It was well stocked with everything one might need, kitchen items, towels, comfortable pillows and beds, kayaks, bikes. Everything was super clean, well maintained, I just can’t say enough great things about the property and the owner Santiago was so nice. Highly recommend!!
