Very helpful and friendly staff. Allowed an early check in in a different room because ours wasn’t quite ready. Some airplane noise, but it seems like the whole island has lots of air traffic.

We loved the balcony and view. Kitchen is equipped with the main items needed to prepare meals. If you would like to enjoy a meal outside of the property, there are two wonderful restaurants beside of the property. We will definitely consider this property when we return.

Windward Pointe by Hyatt was a great stay for my wife and myself. Our suite was outstanding! The kitchen, dining area, living room and deck were spacious and well appointed. We watched the sun rise every morning from our deck. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The pool and restaurant were also fantastic. We were a short ride from Duval Street and all the attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and we will be back!

Great time.
Great staff, nice clean property. Airport didn’t bother us. 12 minutes to Duvall St. 10 am checkout surprised me. Only problem was comforter on the bed was not comfortable. I would return.
