This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. The Grand Champion Villa's are known for its great location within Wailea. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Phenomenal accommodation at a reasonable price. The condo is located on the second / top floor of the building and there is a set of stairs to climb to access the front door.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Property as listed: kitchen fully equipped, laundry, plenty of beach toys/equipment/towels, super comfy beds/sheets, A/C was great, showers/water pressure fantastic. Views of the golf course were wonderful. If you have kids, don’t go to the pool nearest the unit-go to the one a building further near the entrance. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Great communication with the host-very helpful. The only things I felt we needed to bring were our own toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The 2 in 1 bottles they give probably work well for guys, but not as much for women. Otherwise, they had everything else. Grocery store is walkable or short drive in the Wailea Shopping Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything the listing provided was spot on. Took a location is excellent in the area. Very close to the shops grocery stores beaches. The condo manager was very quick in responding back to me when I needed help getting in. I highly recommend this location the views off the back patio are gorgeous.

Beautiful, clean, completely supplied stuffs: for outdoor chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling, boogey boards etc., towels , kitchen stuffs and more.Feels like a complete transformation of being in your own home and plus many more. Amazing property and stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. The listing was accurate and communication with property management (Matthew) was a breeze. The location of the property was very beautiful, close to several beaches and accessible to the stores or shops nearby. The only feedback I could say was I wished that the listing disclosed that this particular unit was located on the second floor, which was only accessible through stairs. Fortunately, it did not become an issue in our situation. But it might be helpful for other travelers to know. Thank you Matthew and team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely consider booking this property again in the future!

How can you not enjoy any part of the Hawaiian islands. This home is slightly off the beach which for my very spoiled self I notch it down just a tad. The property is great. Very safe if you are traveling with little people. Close to the Wailea stretch of over the top string of 5 plus star hotels located on the beach!

Stunning/Beautiful Furnishings/Amazing Location

The condo is beautiful, the beds and couch bed were all very comfortable. The furniture is all great quality. Extremely well equipped for all activities at the beach. The showers were incredible. The sunrise and sunset views from lani are breathtaking! The sounds and smells from the lanai are wonderful. I have a few notes for those with families renting this for their stay. There is no plastic plates to take to pool, so make sure you have paper. The doors to the bedrooms are slotted and so for parents, like my husband and I privacy from the children is nill. Other than that it’s a 10/10!

Our family had the most amazing time at this condo. It is gorgeous, clean, amazing view and had everything you need and more! We have stayed at the Grand Champions for years and this is our favourite condo! Highly recommend! Our kids love it too!

Mold in the shower

Most of the place was clean and looked great, and it fit our family really well. Except there was black mold on the shower walls, which means the shower walls weren’t even looked at before we came to stay, and it made me question if they even sanitized the shower itself. The shower was very unsettling to use. Also, I accidentally left my Dyson blow dryer ($400 blow dryer) in the drawer. By the time I realized it was gone somebody else was occupying the unit. The property management company refused to do anything about it. It could’ve been a really simple fix. When the person occupying the unit finally left and they went to clean, the blow dryer was gone and had been stolen. It was obviously my fault that I left it. But we had paid a lot of money to stay there and it would have been so easy for them to figure out a way to get it and they refused.
