Maui Kamaole #A-102 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, Blue-ray/DVD, and free WIFI. There is a king bed and double sofa bed. Bathroom 1 has a shower/tub combo, and bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. For outdoor activities, Maui Kamaole #A-102 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, snorkel gear, and sand toys. Sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for the pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

Pros: View of the ocean.Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards available for use.Nice community pool and hot tub close by.Close to Kam III beach.Communication from managers was excellent.Cons:In need of updating.Shower in second bath was small and the shower valve handle was loose and made turning the water on and off difficult.Sink in the master bath was clogged and drained VERY slowly.Bed was very firm and pillows were flat and hard.Could hear every step from unit above.Bottom line: I would spend more money for a nicer place.

The host - Maui Rentals - was very responsive and especially about notifying us when the upper pool would be closed and as soon as it reopened. The beach gear in the closet was excellent - in great shape and very useful to have, especially the cooler and the insulated bags for shopping.

Great Kihei location with beautiful view of the ocean from patio, & living room sliding glass window. Comfortable bed, washer/dryer inside unit. Restaurants & shopping close by. & beaches within walking distance.

Too many dumb rules preventing kids from just being kids. If you only want quiet adults, list it on the website. Very sad to spend all that money and feel like we rented a library

Great location, amenities & view...disruptive sound.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to main strip of Kihei and the beach. View of the ocean & sunset was amazing and never got old. Loved it! All the amenities were available and the comms with property management were great! Only complaint is that we were on the bottom unit and you can hear those above you to easily. It was disruptive. Also, property maintenance started early...a few mornings the leaf blower person came down the entry way around 7:30am. That was a little early for being that close to the unit.

Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful Christmas at the Maui Kamaole. The views from the condo are fantastic, just as advertised, and the size of the place is great. The living room furniture is not always the most comfortable, but overall it's a wonderful rental. Would definitely return in the future.

Some good, some bad

Great location and nice sized condo with plenty of room. Always nice to have a second bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and they even had a great selection of beach gear to borrow. Bed was clean and very comfortable and having AC in the living room and bedroom was amazing. Unfortunately the cleanliness of this unit was lacking. On the surface you can tell everything needs a little TLC but that is expected. It isn't until you have stayed here a few days you start to notice things. There was an uncomfortable number of ant traps and rat poison set in this condo. The last straw and reason for 2 stars was killing a cockroach the size of my thumb crawling across the bedroom floor and finding one dead the size of my thumb nail in the bathroom rug... Never saw any other bugs or furry friends during our stay. I understand in these condo complexes that the cause of the problem can come from many units away but encountering something like that makes it kind of hard to sleep at night. It is one thing to let your mind wonder and imagine what could be out there but it is a little scary to see something first hand and know exactly what is hiding in the dark.

Perfect spot to explor Maui

My partner and I stayed here to explore Maui and couldn’t ask for a better spot. The location is central to all of the best sightseeing spots and plenty of great hikes. The condo was clean, well kept and had very thing the host had listed. Exactly as expected and worked perfectly. Thank you for being an excellent host, wouldn’t definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect- had everything we needed. We felt comfortable thanks to the king bed, double bathroom, AC, and kitchen accommodations. The beach view off the patio was perfect, and the sunset over the water was so amazing that on day one, my boyfriend (now fiancé) proposed! Would definitely stay there again!

Well equipped, needs updating!

So many good things about this property, great outside gear, kitchen well equipped, but needs a deep clean and update. Bugs in light fixtures, had some roaches, needs kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels, fixtures need updating and fresh paint. Great view, just needs some TLC.

Great condo complex

This unit has a great view and the condo complex has beautiful grounds and 2 fantastic pools. The linens and towels in the unit were old and stained and the upstairs neighbors could be heard clearly. But if that doesn’t bother you, I’d definitely recommend this place for the location and amenities. Close enough to town and right across from a nice beach. My daughter loved it too!

Very convenient location and close to the water. Still have to walk across the street and down the path to the beach but very convenient if doing any boat tours! The space was very big and clean wirh a nice backyard where you could watch the ocean sunset. All the beach equipment was present!

Great Location!

This was a great location and well kept for the age of the property. Bath Towels were a bit on the light side, had to do laundry to have enough for the week. I called in two problems to fix for the next guest. They were very attentive to the problem and I am sure they fixed it immediately. Just as the picture shown, view of the beach. Breakfast on the porch each morning was fantastic.
