Great view and access to the deck, pet-friendly A perfect place to eat in if you want, with plenty of room. The laundry room features a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack less. The unit is well-maintained. We would definitely stay again!

Balcony view was not scenic of ocean or dunes... just parking lots and streets. Parking was good, safe, and plentiful. Property needed some maintenance: one toilet did not work; steam shower did not turn on; screen door in MBR was broken; entry level door way had an elevated riser to get in door (difficult for mobility challenged guests); and bath tub in twin bedroom was extremely slick & slippery. Property needs a luggage cart.

The property is accessible for folks who use a walker and have a hard time getting around.The property is conveniently located in the middle of lots of options for food and entertainment and shopping.This property is 10/10!

The condo is beautiful and always very clean when we arrive. The owners are very responsive!! This is our second time in 4 years staying here
and we’d come back. I/we would recommend adding more dishes (bowls, plates

We have stayed at many VRBO locations, and never had a bad experience. However, not all of them felt as inviting. This condo is great! We were very comfortable and loved the deck! (Side note: bring bath soap and salt and pepper.)

This condo building is well-kept, and the elevator made for easy access to the 4th floor. We enjoyed the deck (it's huge); there's some traffic noise, but it dies down in the evening. Inside, the space is open with tons of windows, so lots of light. Well set up for 5 adults to play board games etc together, or to read separately. A short walk from the beach, handy to the Wright Memorial and near lots of restaurants. Would stay here again!

Check in was very easy. The location is perfect. The unit is incredibly spacious and very comfortable. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms which was really nice. The balcony is huge and amazing. We had everything that we needed and had a great time!

Great stay for a great week at the beach

The property was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped, & everything worked. The elevator is convenient from your parking spot to your front door. The neighborhood is centrally located, and the beach is right across the street (property is not 'beachfront'). No qualms recommending it.

Staying at palace

This is a dreamy place to vacation if you love to cook—every cooking tool, chef knife, appliance, even under-counter plug ins—all well-stocked and at your fingertips. Even a working hand-mixer for whipping cream and a garliic zester? Wow. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Our VRBO Adventure

Overall the interior was nice. However we arrived to find little to no hot water. Three of the 4 TVs did not work. This was reported to the owner who tried to fix the issues. The hot water was fixed but with three or four visits by the owner and cable company the issues were still not solved. So our vacation was interrupted a multitude of times and not all issues were resolved. I would appreciate a partial rebate of our rental fees.
