Inclement weather preventing me from getting there the first day and they didn’t want to refund me the day that I didn’t make it. I tried calling to notify, but no one picked up the phone. It’s no frills, but I paid a premium price. Food wasn’t good. Staff were nice though.

This is a very nice hotel right on the access road that I found on Hotels.com. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and the rooms are spacious. There is a common aread on the first floor with nice leather couches, other furniture and a large screen TV. There is a dining area on the far end of the room that is used for breakfast that includes a choice of made to order eggs, pancakes, and sausage as well as a number of options for a contenental breakfast. Even though there is no microwave in the room, there is a large microwave in the first floor common area. There are charging stations in the bedroom for multiple devices and a nice flat screen TV with lots of channels. I will be staying at this place again. Thank you for the great hospitality MSI.

This place is almost perfect for me. I don’t need lots of amenities, a clean room and comfortable bed are my priorities and this place has both plus a good breakfast, a spacious common room and a great location. My only complaint is there’s no coffee available until breakfast, which isn’t until 7:30 (on weekends- perhaps it’s earlier on weekends)

We were staying the Mountain Sports Inn Killington, Vermont on 10/16 night, the next day, we were considering to stay one more day, the front desk lady offered us for the same room, promised to keep the room for us till 11:00am to pay for it, but she rented out this room and all rooms before 11:00am, totally messed up our trip. We were so mad with this non-respossible and non-profissional business practice.
