We provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are not sufficient for your stay, you can purchase additional items at nearby stores.

Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
**Parking** â Please park in designated areas only. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
**Remote Controls** â Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes.
**Consumables** â We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If supplies run low, additional items are available at nearby stores.
**Quiet Hours** â 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
**No Pets** â Pets are not permitted at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
**Age Requirement** â The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay. No reservations accepted for guests under 21.
**No Parties** â Parties and events are not permitted on the premises.
**Excessive Cleaning** â A fee will be charged for cleaning beyond normal wear and tear (stained linens, excessive trash, etc.). Fee is based on extent of cleaning required.
**Long-Term Stays** â Bookings exceeding 2 weeks require a mid-stay inspection and cleaning at the guest`s expense.
**Security** â Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
