I am quite disappointed with the room I was assigned. Despite the fact that I paid a premium price for a room, I was given a handicap room located next to both a storage area and the elevator. This arrangement was far from acceptable and did not meet my expectations of the quality and comfort I anticipated. it is important to me that I receive the value and experience I paid for.

The rooms were clean, the pillows need to be a bit more firm, the staff was pleasant. Breakfast variety was simple but sufficient. The buffets were properly manned and replenished. The indoor and outdoor gathering spaces were wonderful. My family had a great time. Thanks

There was a dirty glass in the kitchenette cabinet. Crumbs in the silverware drawer. A couple of plastic grocery bags were left in the drawer. But i was only needed the space to get some sleep, and the bed was clean & comfortable so i didn't make a complaint.

We loved the bar, visiting area downstairs. We were there for our 50th class reunion with several couples. We met downstairs for extended time periods. The staff was very gracious! Even the night w stayed up until 3 a.m.!

The room was run down…The carpet was wet when we got there and it smelled really bad. The smell was bad the whole time I was there. I have to go buy something to take away the smell a little. Wasn’t a good experience this time.
