The Kinross Residence is part of the original town hall building which has been sympathetically renovated into luxury apartments.

Traditional high ceilings and large windows have been seamlessly blended with boutique style interiors to prove a unique and comfortable ground floor apartment.

The stunning, open-plan living space is great for friends and family to gather, eat together and socialise.

The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to make the most of the high ceilings and double length windows. Bedroom two boasts its own en-suite bathroom, whilst a small staircase leads from bedroom one to the mezzanine bedroom with twin single beds.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Children and infants welcome. Travel cot available on request (please provide your own cot linen). A travel cot can be accommodated in bedrooms one and two.
Maximum of four adult guests due to mezzanine bedroom three leading from bedroom one which is suitable for children only.
A hairdryer is provided in bedrooms one and two.
The bedding is non-feather.
Please be aware there are three steps leading up from the kitchen to the dining area.
The building has a main, lockable front door which provides access to two further apartments. Please be aware there are three steps leading up to the front door.
Public parking is available one minute away from The Kinross Residence.
