I stayed there a couple times, and This time it was a lot better than my last time. fridge was working, the windows drapes was working too. The shower head was working beautifully compared to my last stay.

The hotel looks new and is well kept. The staff was very professional and helpful. Guests are even given free water bottles during their stay. It has Marriott quality and all the style and amenities a traveler expects from that brand.

Updates needed

There were several strands of hair in the shower. Housekeeping did not bother to put the trash can liners in the trash cans. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The breakfast everyday is outstanding. Delicious and hot. The room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. I stay here every year for a week when I come south for a family reunion.

Good stay but no tv service

The stay was good but the tv was not operational. They are replacing several tvs. They were unable to give us another room and could not fix the tv. The representative at the desk said that we would probably get Bonvoy credits but I’d rather get a discount on this or a future stay.

I employee several folks that are service related jobs, so I understand the importance of having a friendly fave and personality when dealing with the public. That said, I never leave reviews, but felt it necessary today. I walked to my car this morning to put my luggage in the car and then returned to the hotel for check out. At this particular location, there are two sets of self opening doors. As I returned to the building, the first set opened, yet the second door did not. I did not see that I had to use my keycard to have the inner door open. As I’m looking into the hotel and before I could get my keycard located, the front desk clerk went into a shout rage at me about the fact I needed to use my keycard to re enter. The lobby has other paying customers there, along with the near by breakfast area. Everyone could hear her shouting at me. As I re entered, she continued her rant. One of the customers that was eating breakfast commented to me that “she chewed me out yesterday “. Again, I never leave reviews. This incident rose to the level to say something. Not sure what this lady needs to do to earn a living, but behind the counter at a Fairfield inn is not the place she needs to be.
