    Overall it was a decent place as far as the layout, just needs some major updating and maintenance, the cleaning was not good at all, the pool was pretty bad(the pool guy came the day before we were leaving to add much needed chemicals there was algae growing in several places and the water level was about a foot low. The grill was bad caught on fire trying to grill burgers and we know how to grill, the game room was broke, the layout was good, the gate check-in people were not friendly or accommodating at all, the host was good to communicate with and tried to accommodate what he could from so far away but to be honest all that just took away from our time together dealing with other people’s mess.

    Overall our stay was great. House was spacious and well laid out. We did have to change a battery in a smoke detector and clean the bbq before using it but other than those small issues the house was great.

    Love the property and all the amenities, Ricky was the best host I have ever had with VRBO. He was so prompt in all my needs and request.     This property exceeded our expectations and the family enjoyed the spacious rooms. The pool and spa was excellent and the kids spent most of their time in them!     Very nice house, will definitely stay again. Lots of wildlife in the pond out back. Very comfortable beds too. Be sure to get a pink parking pass from the front gate it makes getting thru much easier. Ricky (owner) is a very nice guy as well.

    Best Trip To Florida Yet

    We stayed at Ricky’s home in January for a few days with some friends. The location was very convention and close the everything! The property was located in a beautiful and very safe village that was well taken care of. The home was in great condition and had all the facilities you could ask for. Ricky always responded promptly to any questions we had. This is not our first time visiting this property and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks Ricky
