I have stayed here a few times, this time was horrible! I asked to check in early only to be told it would be a 50.00 charge to do so. I declined.
I arrive 25 mins early and my room was not ready, so I went for lunch. Came back 45 mins AFTER check in, only to be told my room was still not ready. The woman at the counter had to go through 10 rooms to finally get a clean room for me.
When I got in the room, there was no internet. I called down to the front desk, no response. I called from my cell phone, and was told the room phones ring to some phone they do not use, so you have to call from another line.
When I said I had no net, I was informed they had net at the front desk. For two days I complained there was no net. I emailed the hotel twice, asking for a response, nothing. I complained at the front desk, only to be told maintenance would check.
No one checked. After two days FINALLY someone at the front desk agreed to let me switch rooms! YAY I had net. Two days to be taken seriously.
The rooms are not cleaned while you are there. I understand that there is an environmental reason for this, but this means no coffee in your room after the first day. So you have to line up in the lobby to get coffee.
The breakfast offered is muffins and granola bars. The juice and bottles of water are in a big bowl, with no ice. So you can have room temperature juice boxes.
The lobby coffee station rarely had any form of creamer.
Never again.

Check in was effortless and very accommodating. The free breakfast was amazing, best free breakfast ever had at a motel. Room was about average for cleanliness, not bad for the price.

After reading reviews which had me regretting booking, I called with concerns and was ‘upgraded’- to a room at first glance was ‘ok’. First I noticed oversized quilted pillowcase covers sticking out of cases too small - dingy and one was ripped. (Glad I brought my own cases as a precaution). Curtain off rail on one side, spots of peeling paint on some walls and doors; bathtub stained and had old adhesive strips - shower liner with some mildew at bottom- no curtain. Breakfast was pretty good. It is a cavernous place with seemingly only ‘occasional ‘ building upkeep. I will not return; my advice is to ask for a totally new room- which will most likely cost more than the hotel itself is worth.
