Welcome to this cozy and bright cottage on scenic Tjörn – perfect for a small family or couple looking for peace, proximity to the sea and charming coastal villages. The cottage is detached with two lovely patios, one of which has outdoor furniture, a barbecue and blooming surroundings – ideal for long breakfasts or summer evenings in the sunset.



The cottage is approx. 20 m² and features an open-plan layout with kitchen, dining area, a daybed that pulls out into a double bed, and a practical built-in bunk bed. There are four sleeping places in total. You’ll also find a dining table, storage space and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The accommodation includes a TV, electric heating and two parking spaces.



Here you’ll stay in a quiet area with a view over the garden, with nature quite literally at your doorstep. Pets are welcome – two pets are allowed.



Things to do in the area:

Just a few hundred meters from the cottage, you’ll reach the beautiful hiking and cycling trail that runs all the way from the charming fishing village of Kyrkesund to the lively coastal town of Skärhamn. Along the way, you’ll pass Källeviken beach (3 km) – a peaceful natural beach with cliffs – and Pilane burial ground and sculpture park (2.5 km), where history meets art in a magnificent setting.



In addition to this, there are more exciting destinations nearby:

Toröds beach (4.4 km) offers both sand and cliffs for relaxing swims, while Björholmen Marina (6 km) offers a seaside restaurant, ice cream café, wood-fired sauna on the pier, and kayak and pedal boat rentals.

Kyrkesund (6 km) is a charming fishing village where you can take the ferry to the car-free hiking island Härön, and in Ängeviken (6 km) you’ll experience archipelago atmosphere with cliffs, beach, small boat harbor and kiosk.

If you enjoy golfing, Tjörn's golf club is located about 10 km away.

In Skärhamn, you’ll find a lively harbor promenade with restaurants, shops, a gallery and the Nordic Watercolour Museum – perfect for shopping and evening strolls.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 1500 SEK is mandatory and must be paid on the day of arrival. It will be refunded approximately 1 week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be added as an optional extra:

200 SEK per person for bed linen and 50 SEK per person for towels. Payment is made on site by Swish or cash.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves; cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

• No smoking.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
