It is a nice place to stay in white sand beack Koh Chang. Not far form the night market and some other amenities. Rooms are spartan but comfortable enough for a good sleep.

Hotel amenities

Good location, Hotel needs refreshing up a lot. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Nobody to help with your luggage lots of steps and steep slopes. The room I was in the curtains where very shabby and didn't do the job as they should. Signs in the room advising not to leave valuables in your room. But what are you supposed to do with them, take your laptop or tablet out with you? I suppose it is a budget hotel so what can you expect.

Very strongly do not recommend!!!

I have been to Thailand twelve times and this hotel is the worst budget hotel that I have stayed in. Terrible unfriendly reception staff. Rooms like what a prison cell might be, bare of any comfort items, poor beds and bedding materials. Room had stale musty smell. Recommend spending a little more for a better hotel. White Sands Beach is not the best Koh Chang location. Many better beaches and choice of hotels. Glad I only stayed two nights. Do not stay here!!

Jättebra hotell! Trevlig personal! Allt fungerade bra med tanke på att en hel del fortfarande inte är sig likt i Thailand i spåren av pandemin.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Dieses Mal haben wir 7 Tage auf Koh Chang verbracht und haben in diesem Hotel einen Sea-View-Bungalow gebucht. Die Sicht war atemberaubend schön und der Bungalow war top! Alles war sauber, sehr freundliches Personal! Werden wir immer wieder buchen! Einfach klasse! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Die "Red Monkey Bar" die Straße runter ist immer einen Besuch wert!

The staff in reception didn’t give us a single smile during check in or check out, but at least they understood English which the restaurant staff didn’t. The food was great but we got wrong orders all the time. And the rooms, they were very basic. Quite large but simple. Terraces were large but didn’t have much time to enjoy them. Ok place for 1-2 nights, after which we changed the accommodation. Would have a lot of potential to be better but...

Lite störigt då vi bodde mot gatan. Väldigt dålig AC, men de var rent och fräscht. Inte speciellt bra om man är rörelsehindrade, finns ingen hiss.

Toller Blick auf s Meer von der Terrasse des Bungalow. Reparatur nötig bei Schließen der Badezimmertür, der Dichtung am Wasserhahn am Waschbecken und vor Allem der Toilettenspülung. Der abendliche Lärm vom Restaurant zum Teil bis nachts um 2 mit lauter Musik und Kindergeschrei ist eine Zumutung.
