Prince Kuhio, Sunny South Shore Condo is steps away from the beach

3rd floor unit, done with a soft tropical touch. Adjacent to historic Prince Kuhio Park, with good ocean views, it's a walk across the street to ocean for snorkeling and surfing. Common sights include Sea Turtles, endangered Monk Seals, and Seasonal Whales. Nicely landscaped grounds with koi pond, swimming pool and barbecue & picnic area. This spacious unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer.

There are two sandy beaches across the street. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy, complete with picnic tables.

There is a nice variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area including The Beach House just across the road. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula. You will also want to visit Spouting Horn and National Tropical Botanical Gardens about a mile down the road. Just minutes away are golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor, there are open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

We were very pleased with these accommodations. The condo #318 was on the 3rd floor with a view of the Baby Beach cove and spacious for one bedroom. This unit allows the sea breeze to flow through as the bedroom opens to a small lanai and the front room has louvre windows. The kitchen is bright and well appointed. A full size washer and dryer was a definite plus. I would suggest the installation of a key locker or keypad entry to eliminate the need to keep track of a key. Several other units had these conveniences. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our 1st time in Kauai and the most fun and relaxing trip we can remember.

Beautiful surroundings, and friendly people made this week wonderful. We loved our condo. It was perfect for us and we can’t wait to return and drink in the beauty from our balcony. The owners of our unit left us feeling so much at home. Anything we needed was right there for us. Can’t wait to return and hopefully stay in the very same unit!
