Villa Overview:
Villa Kopiaste is a beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom villa with kidney shaped private pool within a lovely, private garden in the heart of the Resort.

Bedrooms: One twin room on the ground floor (adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower) and master double on the first floor (adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower). Both bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles.

Full Villa Description:
Situated in the heart of the Resort, on Hestiades Greens (just a 5 minute stroll from the Resort village centre), Villa Kopiaste enjoys a convenient location, with a lovely south-facing garden that gets the sun day-round. Outside, the garden is very private, has a kidney shaped pool (with heating available at additional cost) and an astroturf lawn. There are sunbeds for all, a gas BBQ and dining table and chairs, as well as comfortable seating near the feature olive tree.

Inside, the villa has been fully refurbished with a new kitchen and new bathrooms, and beautifully decorated with comfortable, modern furniture and décor. The villa is light and airy throughout. There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor; both can be configured as twin or double, and both have an adjacent bathroom with shower. The upstairs master bedroom has distant side sea views. There is also a lovely balcony on the first floor, with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted, complete with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen smart TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option.

Villa Kopiaste is air-conditioned throughout and has free, reliable wi-fi. A free travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.



We offer a meet & greet service for all of our guests; we will meet you on arrival, give you a brief tour of the apartment and hand over the keys, ensuring that you can enjoy your time in your holiday home knowing what you need to know about it the moment you arrive.

Guests have full access to pay to use all the facilities on Aphrodite Hills (with the exception of the kids' club).

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We provide a meet & greet service on arrival (showing you to and doing a brief introduction of the property and handing over the keys).

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
