Nearby, there are extensive green areas such as the Anna and Erazm Jerzmanowski Park, Rżąka Park, Aleksandry Park, and Słona Woda Park. These are perfect places for walks, jogging, cycling, or picnics with family and friends among greenery and nature, without leaving the city. Within about 30 minutes by public transport, you can reach the Main Market Square in Kraków with St. Mary’s Basilica and the Cloth Hall. The Main Square is lively at any time of day or night. The nearby “Wielicka” motorway junction provides easy access towards Balice Airport, Niepołomice (with the renovated royal castle from the times of King Casimir the Great), or Nowa Huta, where it is worth visiting the Cistercian Abbey in Mogiła or Wanda’s Mound (the fourth, slightly forgotten Kraków mound).
