The staff and owners are simply the best. The breakfast adequate. My room had a lingering smell of smoke which slowly spread to the room. I believe it was a problem with the air flow. There was a smoker in the room above me. I’m allergic so it wasn’t pleasant. The staff tried their best to fix. It went away only when the other guest left. As a senior, railings on the stairs would really help. There’s no elevator. The hotel is lovely and quiet at night despite constant movement of other guests arriving. One night two guests who stayed outside in the patio were loud and woke me a few times. Best close the patio after midnight. I enjoyed Ksamil MUCH more than Serande.
