Loved the room decoration, anmenities and space that came with my room. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Probably not recommended to venture out to the shops near the hotel. The hotel is linked to Bangsar LRT that is one stop away to Sentral or Eco-City/Mid Valley mall.

Nice hotel, very close to the metro station and only one stop away (10 min walk) from Sentral station. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of different options. Staff were friendly and accommodating! I’d recommend this property!

The hotel is beautiful. Muted lighting, beautifully designed and the rooms are great. It’s also close to the MRT but unfortunately there’s nothing around it. I’d stay again but only because it’s literally 3 mins to the MRT on a skywalk

Complimentary breakfast is very good, with a broad mix of Malaysian and Western items. The hotel is well maintained and the furnishings feel solid. Staff were consistently responsive and helpful. Proximity to NU Sentral is a plus for transit and shopping, but the immediate area is less walkable, with uneven sidewalks and busy roads.

Great hotel, bad location

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. We really like the design of the hotel, it evokes a sense of calmness. However, the location of the hotel is less than desirable.

For a property that indicated that it is soundproof, there is way too much sounds coming from traffic, LRT and even a odd buzzing from 9.30pm to 11pm. Not recommended to stay here if you are a light sleeper.
