Unpleasant check-in experience. The person-in-charge of the property did not answer my calls (4-5 call attempts) upon check-in time @ 3pm. The person-in-charge only gave check-in instructions via Whatsapp 1.5 hours later. The entire studio (open space concept) only has 1 A/C unit which is not able to cool down the entire space. An additional ceiling fan is necessary.

Cheap but shabby and in poor condition. Shower curtain rail fell off, glassware was dirty, mattress was very old and sagging, lots of scuffs and marks on the walls, almost no toilet paper, grout on sink very mouldy and coming away from the wall. We cancelled our second booking and didnโ€™t finish our first.
