endroit calme et reposant, entouré de verdure. proche de la tumultueuse ville de kuta, un petit coin de paradis qu'il faut découvrir absolument. pratique puisqu'il est à 5min de l'aéroport en voiture, 5 min du centre de kuta à pied. piscines très agréables et accès à la plage. le personnel toujours souriant et à votre écoute. petit déjeuner agréable, service de blanchisserie rapide et pas cher. bref, que du bonheur !!

Close to everything. Miss the Hotel

We have been going to this Hotel every 5 years since 1996, and never a complaint now however I am dissapointed at the sad state of the place and the staff that have no Pride in their Jobs anymore. They are taking TOP DOLLAR without the personal touches that made them special and wanted you to return.Their was Never any pool towels you had to go to the other pool and if lucky they may have had one or two. Pool always empty by 4oclock Breakfast cold Birds helping there self off the counters Cook that cooked the eggs had to be asked to wear gloves as he was touching his nose and face. Rubbing his face with the spatular then cooking with it. MY family and I decided on Poached eggs after that.

エアポートリーフに近いこのホテルの立地は今回の私たちの滞在には最高でした。クタ地区のホテルがモダン化する中でバリらしい素敵な庭と雰囲気を持っているこのホテルが大変気に入りました。改装のために取り壊されてしまうのがとっても残念です。新しくなってもバリらしさを残す素敵なホテルになってくれるといいですが…

Very courteous, helpful and smiling staff. Guest is greeted with a bad pungent smell (like a dirty carpet smell) entering the main lobby that really puts you off!!! Bathroom door's paint is peeling off. I stayed in two rooms, #1423, & 1414. Both rooms the carpet as you enter is very dirty. It appears that the maintenance dept. of the hotel is just not bothered of what they have to do. Please attend to these minor points if you need to attract customers.

고즈넉하면서도 우아한 호텔

너무 현대적이지도 않고, 오래된 고전미와 세련된 양식을 자랑하는 산티카호텔, 내년엔 전면 재공사 들어간다고 하는데, 전 오히려 지금 그대로 유지하는게 더 나을 것 같단 생각이 들어요. 모든 호텔들이 다 현대화되기 보단 산티카 만의 고전미가 훨씬더 경쟁력있어요.

Poor Hotel

The hotel is very jaded. It needs a refurbishment badly. The air conditioner in my Premier Room sounded like a jet engine and needed maintenance as it was not doing it's job properly. It was not cold. It may have had a 4 star rating 20 years ago but certainly not now.

Value for money

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located, ~10 minutes from the airport and has a beautiful scenic private beach. Clean and nicely maintained, staff is courteous and proactive. Overall, great value for money!

古いですが、良いホテルでした。美しいビーチに面しており、パラソルの下でのんびりするには最適です。到着時、車から旅行ケースを出してくれず、3人いたベルボーイは見ているだけ、私がタクシー料金を払っている間に妻が下ろしました。きちんと教育すべきです。

Best part of hotel were the website photos. Room was very dated, unstocked mini bar, noisy, insufficient split system air cond, phone not connected. Resort had the feel of a suburban motel, certainly not an international resort.

Great 3day break

We arrived early so we sat by the pool. We went to see at 12pm if our room was ready and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a garden bungalow after only paying for a deluxe room as the the hotel was fully booked. The resort is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic especially the croissants. The staff were all friendly.

Traditional Balinese style hotel in good location near Kuta but just far enough away to be out of the night club area. Lovely staff, great food at reasonable prices. Pools are great too and always surprised how quiet it is around the pool. You will not need to fight for a lounge.

Very good location, a bit away from Kuta crowds but within short walking to main shops and eating places. Direct access to the beach. Staff is friendly and was very quick to respond to all our needs. Good selection of hotel bars and nice views on sunset.

First time to Bali

As a retired couple we found this hotel to our liking. A quiet location but only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The grounds were pleasantly laid out and well kept. The two large swimming pools offered ample opportunity for swimming and water play. The staff were always friendly and courteous. We were on the lookout for things to do for our grand children. This hotel had only a small swing set and a table tennis table and no kids club. Hotel evenings were quiet, a musical duet played in the front bar but there were not many customers. A buffet breakfast was included in our deal, plenty to eat, and no Bali belly problems.
